There was an Initial screening call held remotely after applying online, if the call was successful it would be followed by a one hr call with decision makers. I didn’t get any feedback

Entretien
Went through 3 rounds of interviews, just to be ghosted. I don’t mind not getting a job but I do mind being told I should get a response by a specific date and then never receiving it. I spent a lot of time preparing for the process , an email isn’t too much to ask for.
