The initial interview included a recruiter with a few questions and a test sent later. The handbook is online and you should make yourself very familiar with this prior to the initial interview. The 2nd interview is with the manager and the 3rd with peers. The questions are very much character related vs. skills related. Inform yourself about Remote.

Many situational questions. One in particular about what you would do as a manager taking over a warehouse that is not working efficiently. This is very much to determine character and behavior.
