Initial call with two people. It was the best interview experience I have ever had and I loved the people. Next was an analytics assessment. I completed the assessment and then it took about a month to hear back. I was told that I had passed the assessment and would be hearing back for a final interview with 4 people. When they finally offered me an interview they offered me a single time slot for a ~5 hour interview process, less than 48 hours before that time slot.... At this point I would usually walk away as this is obviously not respectful or considerate to a candidate. Given my great initial interview I decided to move forward and adjust my schedule to make it work. The night before the interview, after 5pm, I was called to say that one of the interviewers could not make it and that we would have to reschedule the next week. I did not hear anything until Wednesday and then was given multiple apologies and told that we would schedule soon. Finally, on Friday someone called and said they would not in fact be interviewing me as they had already moved forward with other candidates. Oh, and the position is still listed as open. I have never received such disrespect in an interview process.
