There wasn't a traditional interview process, as this was a remote position. Once I filled out the application, there was no follow-up interview. I had to complete a "test" to develop a hypothetical course when submitting my application. I was given a list of "lessons" and had to arrange them in a logical order, then add my own "lessons" that I felt should be covered in the chapter.
