The overall interview process went relatively smoothly, except for issues with the recruitment system seemingly not receiving responses. However, it was quite time-consuming, taking approximately 40 days in total. The offer I received, both in terms of job title and salary, deviated significantly from the job advertisement, prior communications, and personal expectations. I was informed that the reason for this was that my interview performance did not meet the senior standards. However, no one communicated the specific evaluation results to me during the interviews, and I was unable to negotiate the offer I received. Consequently, I felt that a significant amount of time was wasted.
If it was believed that I did not meet the required standards, it could have been communicated during the process. As an interviewee, I would have appreciated the opportunity for mutual selection. The lack of transparent communication regarding the interview evaluation and the suppression of salary expectations made me feel very disrespected. I recommend that both parties communicate promptly during the interview process regarding evaluation and salary expectations to avoid wasting time for everyone involved.
