Phone interview, then in person interviews with 5 people. There were no tests nor did anyone ask to see sample deliverables or ask me to perform a task. Things did move fairly quickly - HR was responsive.

Smooth and predictable - they reached out consistently and were clear in communications - THey asked normal questions and had me meet a couple of different managers who were all on time and respectful of my time

I spoke with a recruiter over the phone, general interview questions. The next step was with the hiring manager, the final step was in person. The in-person interview was very enlightening, once I was on site, I did notice a vast majority of the office caucasian and young. During my interview, based on the questions I was asked by the VP and Director, I realized that is exactly what they are looking for & I do not fit that model.
