Interviewing was only done via phone. I was offered a job based on what I thought was my relationships with current employees. However, my refereences were never checked. If references are not checked, how does the company really know what sort of individual is being hired? That's right, they don't, and that is why there are some shady characters working at this company. The job expectations and benefits were definitely misrepresented in the interview. I feel completely duped, giving up a good job only to come to Reliant and get screwed.

I was interviewed Over the phone and lasted about an hour. I Was interviewed by the regional manager. The Manager also answered all my questions such as productivity expectations and hours.
