The interview process I went through included the following steps:
I submitted my application online along with my resume.
I received a call from the HR team for an initial screening where they asked about my background and interest in the role.
I was then invited for a technical interview, where I was asked about my knowledge in mechanical and petroleum engineering, along with a few scenario-based questions.
Finally, I had a short discussion with the hiring manager to assess my communication skills, cultural fit, and willingness to relocate.

“How do you ensure equipment reliability in a high-temperature environment like a thermal plant?”
They wanted to assess my understanding of preventive maintenance and risk mitigation strategies.
