I applied at the company website and got two interviews with 3 days interval: first with the head of the department, and second with one of software engineers. The first one was a background screening, overview of the company and its objectives, and few very basic questions about Python. The second one was a Python coding exercise in Coderpad together with the interviewer. The exercise was pretty easy from engineering perspective, and interviewer focused more on the aspect of data analysis and statistics. Few days later, I received a message the company would not move forward with my application (which is totally understandable considering the size of the team - it is small, I would be very picky as well).
