A very nice outside consultant did the initial phone interview. Following week I interviewed with owner, who didn't ask any questions, showed me around and told me that I will be called back to interview with others in the company. She said I was the type of person she was looking for. Following week got an email from another person in the company saying they are not moving forward with me. I sent a follow up email to owner to ask what had happened, didn't expect a response and didn't get one.
