The interview process, the mere phrase can cause one to break out into a cold sweat. However, this was not the case for my interview with two RELI Group professionals. A few days before hand the link was sent to my email with a confirmation of the date and time. The two people conducting the interview were professional (demonstrating their knowledge of the job) and personable (asking questions about my hobbies). They inquired about my past professional history and filled me in on what I could expect from the position the company was hiring for. The interview process flowed organically and was one of the best interview processes I have had in my professional life.
