Relevance AI uses the work trial method which is really unique. You come in and do a day's work to test your ability to work in the company. It really challenges you but it is worth it.

Entretien
1. First Round (30 mins)
Introductory chat with a recruiter or engineering manager
Discussion about experience, role expectations, and company culture
2. Second Round
Coding Task (1 hour) - Task based on a chatbot platform. Required to complete two missing GET/POST requests.
System Design (1 hour) - If the coding task is FE-focused, so will this be. Discussed front-end components and their interactions.
