We spoke about company goals with product in the past and why they did or didn't pan out. If they didn't in the example provided then they asked how I'd of tried with a different approach and if it related to any prior experience I've had. Overall the employees were nice, a couple of them seemed to not be having the greatest of days. Interview was around 5 hours with about 10 different people.
