I applied for the position on their website. Someone from human resources called me and gave me an interview over the phone. At the end of the conversion she asked to come in to the office for a 1:1 interview with her. It was a generic interview on my experiences and abilities. I then did 2 test on microsoft office to test my skills on the software since the position requested knowledge of office. After the interview I was told that I would get a call back to see if I would get the final interview with the Manager of the department. I was called back within a week with the news that they really were impressed with me and my resume however since I had no experience they couldn't offer me the position but would keep me information on file for when the other positions I was interested in were available.
