I applied for the medical billing position and had a 15min phone interview with the manager. I must say that this was the most uncomfortable 15 minutes of my live. The questions were so of topic. Not once did he ask me about my experience and knowledge. He was more concerned about what would I do in certain situations. I felt like he was conducting a survay more than an interview. Neatless to say I did not pursue any type of employment opportunities at this company.
