I applied for the job and about two weeks later I was notified through email that I would be interviewing with the Program Director. I was told to call and set up a good time to interview withe the PD. I interviewed and he basically offered me the job on the spot but he said that he had to interview a couple more candidates first.

Applied on a Tuesday night, received a phone interview the next day and was hired within a week. Spoke with the Director of Rehab a couple days after the phone interview.
