J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez RehabCare en févr. 2009

Basically, not much. They were desperate at the time. Just applied and BOOM I was hired after short talk on phone. In fact, I called the recruiter, put in an application, then went to visit the building. When at the building, before even getting my therapy licensure, I felt very pressured to accept the job.

I was left a voicemail from a recruiter informing me that I could interview with a therapist the next day before 12pm or sometime next week as well as the address for the interview. I called back and had to leave a voicemail confirming that I would indeed be available the next day at 9am. When I go there, the receptionist was sure who I was looking for, but allowed me to wait in the waiting area. I finally got a call back from the recruiter who told me that the therapist had a meeting even though she was informed that she would be available until 12pm. She then told me to give her about 30 minutes to get out of the meeting and gave me directions and the address to meet the therapist. Once I got to the new location, the receptionist there told me that the therapist had just left. Confused, I called the recruiter back, who said, "I told you to wait," and then gave me the therapists number saying, "I need to step out of this". I finally was able to get in contact with the therapist, which made the whole situation better.
The confusion of having to talk to someone though someone else was very frustrating. Then the unprofessionalism of blaming myself and the therapist was a huge turn off.
Also, every time I spoke with the recruiter after I agreed to be apart of the team, she seemed to have an attitude.
However, the interviewing therapist was wonderful! She told me what all would be required and what would be provided. She made me happy to be given the opportunity to work as a PRN OT with the company.

Received a call from a recruiter about an open position. We set a date an in person interview that day. The interviewer was very friendly and personable. Interviewer had a list of interview questions ready. Toured the place and met with one of the therapists. The recruiter called about a week later to see how the interview went.

I had 3 phone interviews and one live interview. Two phone interviews each about an hour and a live interview about an hour. Following, another live interview with another Regional Director that shared the same territory. The interviews by phone were very standard...the interview in person was an hour...had a nice overview of the perfect company and their vision and morals, emphasizing the patient comes first. Then asked about things I had done that were above and beyond...
