My intial contact was with a recruiter, she set up an interview with the Program Director. Tthe first interview and tour of the facility was laid back and very welcoming. I had not yet taken my licensure test. Upon passing and reciving my license, I began the hiring process through Rehabcare website through a hire portal. this portal had a checklist of documents required to be kept in your personnel folder and also information lessons on a variety of areas.

Was hired after the company took over contract from the building I was working at currently so was offered a job without difficulty and was trained for covering as manager in the building

Entretien
The interview process was pretty much too the point. I recieved a call from a recruiter and she set me up for an interview. I met with the rehab director of the facility for which I applied for and got a tour of the facility that day. Then we sat down and discussed the details of the job. All of my questions were answered that day.

Entretien
Very laid back. Consisted of a walk through of the facility and explanation of the type of patients you can expect to treat. I interviewed with two people at the same time, one was the old director that was leaving and one of the new director. It was very laid back.
