Entretien
There are the parts to the interview process: a call center assessment, an interview by HR, and then an interview by team leaders (management) in which a sales presentative is given. Once you accept the position if they offer you one, you will complete a 6 week in-classroom training ending with two weeks of assisted inbound calls.

The most difficult part of the interview was the impromtu sales presentation. The wanted me to convince them why a pair of plastic clappers would be a good product for them.

Entretien
Smooth and very professional. They test you in the spot. Like a small quiz on your knowledge of the job. Nothing like a regular interview. Dress sharp. Be punctual. I got the job, hopefully.
Easy and comfortable process. Felt really relaxed and not tense that’s how easy going the interviewer was. She was really kind and sweet and patient with me through everything. Even my recruiter was nice

Entretien
The interview process was performed in an adequate amount of time. I had to first interview with my branch manager then with my regional manager. The questions were straight to the point.

If I knew the area, because this particular branch was in a small town; so it had a small town feel.
