saw ad online. went in to turn in resume. filled out application there. they called me. i went back for an interview. then they called me and hired me.

The interview was very easy and enjoyable. The interviewers were personable, friendly, and nice. They made it seem like the culture around the restaurant aligned with mine and my values also. My manager is fantastic.
