Applying online is hit or miss (applying for multiple positions simultaneously is frowned upon), HR is very slow (3 month timeline), employee referrals or recruitment events more helpful. HR interviews are straightforward and professional, technical interviews with hiring managers are mixed. Understanding of GMP requirements is critical for all positions, for technical jobs (laboratory, manufacturing, IT) expect questions on any relevant skills/education/experience listed. Relating education/experience to GMP and the work required by job applied for helps even if the applicant doesn't have direct experience in that position. Hiring managers are often not experienced at giving interviews, and director or higher level management may make the actual decisions and not the supervisory manager.

3 Rounds of Interviews. 1st is a call with the recruiter who asks about your resume, expected salary, etc. You then get a call from the hiring manager about a week later. If that goes well you'll receive an invite to a Microsoft Teams interview the next week. This is the interview that counts as you will meet every lead/manager from the dept. After that you can expect a decision within 2 weeks.
