Three stage process. First with recruiter, then with Hiring manager, then with panel. Call with HR recruiter was about 30 mins ask about your interest and what you know about the company. then with hiring manager. the last was with Microsoft team panel which consist of 6 team members last about 2 hrs. Process took a little more then a month.
