After applying, you will receive an email either within a couple of days or weeks. The email will tell the applicant if they proceed to the 1st round of interviews. 1st interview is your standard phone screening/interview, and the interviewer would let you know about the next steps in the interview process. If the 1st interview went well, then you will be scheduled for a group interview with different hiring managers within the department. For this particular position, the interview duration was 3 hours with 30-minute rotations with different hiring managers. After the interview, someone will reach out to you to follow up about the interview, and the response will be given within 2 weeks (the soonest was 1 week which was mentioned by hiring managers) through the phone.

One interviewing over Microsoft teams and one in person consisted of 2 team members and then a aptitude test on site. They were all very welcoming and gave pointers for the test after the interview
