Applied in October 2018> Phone screening call at the end of November with HR, followed by invite for onsite panel interview in December. 2 hour Mechanical Aptitude Test followed by 3 hour interviews with Sr. Managers/Supervisors 30 mins each round with 2 or more people in each round. Last meeting was with an HR rep. > 2 weeks later phone call asking for 5 professional references. Once references came back Job offer. From the minute I stepped into the doors everyone was a pleasure to talk to, interviews were straight forward and everyone was extremely pleasant. Do your homework and learn about the company.
