Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is very keen on a select personality to fill their roles. They have a very unique culture within their establishment, it's interesting to hear about! Although the interview process is not stressing and HR is very easy to work with, they are very specific about their candidate selection.. which in my opinion is pretty awesome!
