The interview process was extremely long, as if I were interviewing for CEO. A total of 17 people interviewed me over 5 days. Each interview went very well, except for the hiring manager, who scrolled on her phone the entire time both times I met with her. I almost refused to proceed with the process after the first time she did this, however interviews are always good practice, so I moved forward anyway. If offered, I would have turned down the role as the vibes were off with the hiring manager. Very odd experience.
