I applied through Indeed and they contacted me for an interview almost right away. It was a very easy and low stress experience. I met with one of the nurse managers and the hiring manager. I got the feeling that they had already decided to hire me beforehand, the interview was mostly to get to know me a little bit and tell me about the facility.

Suddenly you hear a third client call out from their room that they have fallen and need help. How do you prioritize who to respond to?
How would you handle the following situation: You are in the dining room feeding a client. You look up and see a client across the room about to hit another client. How do you intervene?
