I submitted my application online for a seasonal position and got a call a few weeks later. The hiring manger seemed really nice and asked me to come in the next day. The interview wasn't even really an interview. I came in and she literally asked me to say a few things about myself and to tell her the least favorite thing about my last job. She then talked about the positions and gave me the reference sheets. It took less than 10 min for the interview. I got the sheets and she called to offer me a position a few days after I turned the sheets in. No second interview or anything.

pretty smooth, they ask you basic questions on how i would do things in a fast-paced environment and how it makes me feel when helping a customer and how i would give them good service
It was a good interview process and I appreciated the managers approach to the interview. I enjoyed the tour of the facilities. I enjoyed working there, and liked the people that I worked with. Everyone was really nice.

Scheduled the interview over the phone for a couple days out. Came in, got taken to the back for about 15 minutes, and told they'd call mr back in the next couple days.
