Asked really basic questions, asked me to run through a customer scenario to see how I would offer customers promotions and try to upsell them on different products, like a bigger drink or popcorn.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
