Interviewed for a Copywriter position with this company. The process was fairly quick and simple. Started with an email from the recruiting department to schedule an interview. Had a phone interview with the HR Manager and then came in for an in-person interview with the hiring manager. Because it was a specialized role, they asked if I would be open to complete a brief writing assessment to get a sense of my writing voice for the products. It was nice to see that they wanted to make sure it was a fit on both ends before moving forward.
