The interview process was terrible. - A 5minute call just to get to know some limited information, and just to inform you that you can work on a test. -After you work on an outdated test (because you just wanted to), you get some really strict feedback mentioning some details that no one would estimate as important, having in mind how they communicated the requirements and the importance of competing the test.

Could you respond to the following questions? - Why are you interested in Reedsy's mission? - When would you be available? Would it be full-time? Where are you based? Are you interested in a remote position? - What's your rate or current salary expectations? - What's your favorite Giphy? - Could you complete the following assignment in the coming week and share it with us?
Reedsy contact you via a website they found you on, then they send you questions asking about yourself and after that, they send you a tech test. There is no 1:1 call, the process is waste of time and generic
