The process of scheduling an interview was a bit of a wrinkle.
But the interviewers were friendly, made sure to explain the roles and responsibilities of the job well, and answered questions that I had for them.

Entretien
I sat in a small office and waited for the billing manager and the controller. I initially applied for billing specialist and staff accountant role. They did the bait and switch on me and made me interview for a claims position without any prior notice. I found this very unprofessional of them and I doubt it would be appreciated if the tables had been turned. They were very kind except for the billing manager who barely looked at me during the entire interview process. She did not even speak one word during the entire process. It was as if she didn't want to be there but was obligated to go.
