Entretien
After sending in my application I received a call from the RPO Talent Lead, she was polite and very respectful of the fact that I was still working. We spent a good 5-10 minutes on basic questions before I was put forward t the video interview stage. Once set up the video interview had easy to follow instructions. After each question you had the choice of re-recording each answer. Once complete it was then through to a face to face interview.

After the basic, why do you want the job and why do you want to leave your present role, it was mostly competency based questions.

Entretien
The first stage is done by the Recruitment team. Once you pass that, you have a second stage intervie that contains of competency based questions. There are normally 2 people interviewing.

The questions are as I said competency based and they are looking at the role core competencies. The questions depend on the type of role you apply for and if you are entry level or management.
