The assessment day has 3 parts: a case study, an interview, and a group exercise. The interview is split into 2 parts: one based on the case study, the other one is a strength-based interview where they just fire questions at you without giving you any clarification or a chance to ask questions.

Online Virtual interview process. Given four questions to respond to within a 2 minute time period, however, there was no time limit on preparing my response. The responses are to be recorded and submitted.

Online pre-recorded interview. No human interaction, so was difficult to ensure good eye contact and come across well. Questions weren’t too difficult, but it felt impersonal, and was hard to measure performance.
