CV submission, Interview was face to face with a panel of 3.
9 questions asked, 3 from each person mainly around the job role, asking for examples of scenarios, competency based questions and questions based on behaviour.
The interview lasted about an hour with the opportunity to ask questions at the end.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of 2-stages interview, both of them were F2F meetings with line managers as well as members of the team. Presentation about my perception of REED, the job itself,... was also at that time part of an interview process, it is no longer used. Nowadays there is only 2-stages F2F interview.
