      Entretien

I had a great first conversation and time with first interviewer. I did notice that when I got into teams for my first interview she was not there so I called the company number, asked for interviewers name, got transferred to her and she said she forgot and was on another meeting. She apologized went into our meeting and all was great with the rest of the call. Once I scheduled the second step it was horrible with interviewer #2. The teams platform was only showing my eyes on video and not my whole face. I asked if we could continue and she would preferred to see me via video. So then we rescheduled to the next day with interviewer #2 again and it was like she did not want to interview me at all. I was in the waiting room on the Teams platform "once the host is in you will be added to the call" sending screenshots while she did not even email me if I was going to show up, see if there was a technical issue (which it was) so I messaged her privately on Linkedin and interviewer #2 said I did not even show up to the call. I asked interviewer #1 via email to test the Teams platform with someone else because I tried with current clients to see if the issue was my computer, it was working perfectly on my end. Apparently, interviewer #2 got a different link than I did (automated email scheduling system) but NEVER returned my email message. The last email was “we are sorry you are having trouble”. I was so disappointed! I really liked my first interviewer and who I'd be working with. I asked on linkedin to interviewer #2 if we could switch from Teams to another platform and she said no because that's where her notes all came from. As a customer service position, I believe there should be flexibility if you know the platform being used is not working properly especially automated scheduling systems. However, maybe this is all a red flags to be concerned about. As someone that works remote, this was quite concerning especially if the culture is in-person.
