Very lax, basic questions about skill level and problem solving. More about personality and ability to handle 65+ hour weeks as a minimum. Did not address much about interpersonal skills or working with certain personality types in the office, which would have been valuable in hindsight. Vision for the company was largely overstated by the CEO as the skills were not there to take the company to the next level.
