J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Redi Carpet (Dallas, TX) en nov. 2023

      Entretien

Interview went well with in-house recruiter, was sent two separate assessments. First one was roughly 20 minutes and second on one nearly an hour. (I think that is invasive of one’s time during the interview process personally) I completed them both and had an interview in person with the VP of Sales. Nice guy, great conversation despite his new puppy in office at the time. Great dog and gentleman apologized for the companion having to attend the interview that day. I felt we left the conversation on great terms, as I was told I was moving to the next step to meet the other VP of Sales on the East. Next day or so, got the canned email saying they would not be moving forward. Okay, I can be humble enough to understand that and reaches out to ask the hard question what I could have done differently and why the change since I was told I would have another interview in a couple of days. He responded saying he was confused as to why I received that email and would talk to HR. He reiterated that I was going to the next step. Then crickets…I reached back out a couple of times and after a couple of weeks received a one sentence email from another recruiter I have never spoken with saying they were moving another direction. I again reached out to ask why the change etc. Another two weeks and not one reply. Very disheartening to spend so much effort and time with lack of respect and understanding in return. I feel this showed me this company doesn’t value people and not one that I would want to work for anyways. I deserve better as a person and a candidate. This interview process goes both ways.

      Question 1

I cannot recall specific questions…it was more like describing the role and company shifts.
