J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Redgate Software (Cambridge, East of England, England) en oct. 2023
Entretien
Awful. It's started off great then the second interview (the first with HR), summed would-be with the recruiting manage but ended up being would be peers. Totally unprofessional, and felt uncomfortable. It's also very disrespectful.

Question 1
The role was a strategic on but the questions were all taticle, like a test!

Redgate takes a very thorough approach to interviews, particularly if you are a people manager yourself. This includes a role play and a values interview. To begin with I found the process overly long, but I was offered the job and have happily been in role for over a year now. I can see that this process really helps Redgate find the right people - and importantly helps people really understand if Redgate is the right place for them.

Question 1
How would you react in these scenarios (gave scenarios of line management, underperformance, employee disrupting team etc)
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Redgate Software en juin 2023

Interview process was very transparent, clearly a lot of time goes in to the interview process and I could tell management were given lots of support. They seem to take a genuine interest in selecting the best candidate for the role and making sure they’ll fit in the team, which should be a given, but in my experience it’s often a rushed process. I had an initial quick chat with the hiring manager, followed by a technical interview which had fairly standard questions, and then a longer interview where I presented and met the team. I was given plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and nothing seemed like it was designed to trip me up or make things unnecessarily hard.
