Pretty standard coding interview with other security related questions. Manager doing the interview was laid back and made it easy to relax and keep going even if I tripped up.

Recruiter reached out first to scope out background and qualifications. Next was a 1hr phone call with the hiring manager for more of a technical background. One single coding problem which was a for loop. The rest was more security related questions. After that, which felt like it went well, I was given a take home assignment which consisted of creating a complete user authentication API using best security practices and methods. I'm usually against these on principle but figured I could use the practice. The instructions said it should take about 3 hours but I spent a solid 12 if I am honest. Turned it in and heard back a few days later that I wasn't picked for the onsite. Real shame as it seemed like a waste of my time. However, everyone was nice and friendly, and the recruiter was excellent.
