The process consisted of filling a form to detail your interest in reddit follow by a technical interview in SQL + Python. The SQL consisted of 3 questions. The interviewer did an extremely poor job of explaning the question and my clarifying questions, and gave me only 20 minutes to finish all 3. We then moved onto Python, which was only 1 LC easy question (find the median of an array) and I solved in 2 min. The whole interview he was muted and probably scrolling Insta or Reddit because it took so long for him to answer my questions every, damn, time. In the end, we had 15 minutes left, and I suggested to go back to the last SQL question I didn't have the time to go over. He just said "its not necessary" and moved on to questions. Then a week later I got rejected, with no explanation whatsoever about my performance. My interview seemed to have no understanding at all of basic DS or coding.

it was a very straightforward technical interview. the interview was about one hour long. i was asked 5 sql problems and one python problem. practice sql and python problems from leetcode/stratascratch .
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
write a function to manually find median of a list
2 rounds where first is screening by recruiter and the second round is live coding, asked sql and python questions, sql was easy medium hard python was easy, median of an array
2 step interview process : one personal, one technical. technical was difficult and was both SQL and Python questions. I recommend doing a bunch of leetcode questions at least medium difficulty
