OK bit dumb and inconstant. They are a liberal and hater of right wing ideas. they are against Christianity for sure. I don't understand why they felt it important to try and find out if i was liberal or not. they want liberal only and hate right wing values.

Entretien
It took them 4 phone interviews and 3 in person interview scatter in a 3 month period. All interviews were done by a different representative, manager in different states, the final interview was done in front of a group of managers.

Why did I want to work for Redbox? How did I describe myself in 1 word? If I had a reliable transportation? How did I describe my driving record? If I had any felonies?

Entretien
I was contacted by phone from the District Manager a few days after submitting my resume for the posted position. An interview was scheduled to take place at a casual public eatery. Since my Regional manager was on vacation, the District Manager also conducted the interview. The Manager was easy going, and he felt very approachable. After I was offered the position, the hiring process took some time. Expect 2 weeks from the time of the offer before you get to start your first day of employment.
