I originally had a phone interview scheduled with an HR representative on a Thursday. She emailed asking if I could interview sooner. We agreed to bump it up to the next day at 10 AM. When the time came, the HR rep did not call. I called her and left a voicemail. She completely forgot about the time change, which to me is unprofessional because we rescheduled at her request. We had the interview and it was awkward because I was already over this job by this point. I never heard from HR or anyone at the company again after the interview. They just ghosted me. Even if you don't hire someone, you should give the courtesy of knowing the end result. Overall, very unprofessional.
