Entretien
I was contacted by the recruiter and what followed was a pretty quick process beginning with a few phone conversations with folks at RedCloud from the HR recruiter to the practice director over the project I would be eventually working on. Following those I had a phone interview with someone from the client on the project I would be joining. Following that was an in person interview with the RedCloud practice director and Managing Partner. Following that was an in person interview with the client on site, it was a couple people who were responsible for the project I would be joining.

Most of the questions were very specific to my background and how it applied to this specific project and role.

Entretien
Interview process was excellent - very smooth. Hiring manager and interview loop people are professional, experienced, and genuine. RC HR people are very professional and knowledgeable. The company owner even took the time to get my overall impression of the interview/intake process. All good!

They wanted to ensure my overall ability to work in the client environment/org/team. Most of the questions centered around culture fit since my skill set was already a good match.
