2 rounds of interviews. Very straightforward and pleasant. Was given some scenarios and asked how I would handle them. There was also an online test done on a website before I was contacted by a recruiter.

Easy, with a Manager , ask about previous roles , how I am dealing with difficult customers, if I can do Outbound calls, Salary, if I can work Remote with webcam On during the work time
