phone screening->technical case assessment->code review: I would never work here. The concerning problem is the interviewer that reviews your code does not know how to write code. I had a someone who was an economics major and did not understand what an ML model is, for a job description that asks for a CS background and worked with GenAI. It was extremely faulty and their hiring team needs revision.

Had a hiring screening, and a technical take home case. The screening was with a recruiter, about 30 minutes long. Then, I had 24 hours to complete an online case on my own. It was a data based case.
