Two part interview. Behaviorial and then case interview. The case interview consisted of a chart in which a calling company displayed the conversion rates of four of its telephone operators ( in converting sales per phone call). Simple statistic questions were asked of the data.
Questions d'entretien [2]
Question 1
Why is one telephone operator able to convert 4 calls into sales out of a total of 10 calls, compared to one of her peers who was able to convert 46 calls into sales out of a total of 521 calls? What might that telephone operator be doing differently in order to have such an abnormally high conversion rate ( but relatively low call volume)?
If the cost of each phone call cost the company 10 dollars while a sale results in 100 dollars to the company, how would you make a convincing argument to the employees that have a low conversion rates of calls to sale that they can't go through 400+ calls and only make <50 sales?
Starts with a recruiting call with basic interview questions, then you have to complete a technical assessment, then you go over your assessment with an interviewer. Not sure if there’s anything else that comes after that.

They asked me why I would want to work at Red Ventures and then asked some questions relating to my resume. They also asked me about my ability with Excel or any of the other coding/tools I have used and asked to expand on my use, like what was a major problem you had and how did you find a solution using this tool.

The interview was a case study with an excel file with a bunch of information. Was tasked to use Excel, or other programs to solve a business problem. It wasn’t too bad, mainly a bunch of pivot tables on excel, as well as coding a script in a language of your choosing.
