Entretien
Pretty much typical interview questions. The interview included one sales scenario where you had to demonstrate your sales skills. I was asked to sell a cell phone to the manager interviewing me. You also get to listen in on an agent's call. After that you're expected to run through the script with another manager.
It was easy to average interview questions overall. However, be prepared to do a mock phone call, this took most of the interview time up. They run a test scenario on you to see your first reaction. Remember to ask about the customer problems and then end with a solution from the given brand.

Entretien
Long day touring the campus and shadowing employees. Good experience. It was great to get to know the employees who worked there before actually working there. Very cool and large campus but you don't get to use the benefits very often.

I thought the process was easy. There is a group interview followed by a one on one. Make sure you stand out in the group interview, but not in an annoying way.
