Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC) en avr. 2009
Entretien
I was extremely disappointed in the interviewing process at Red Venture. It was very one sided and I was told several times that "they" chose the position for me assuming I fit the company culture. This made asking questions specific to the position I applied to very difficult. I was interviewed by individuals who worked in other parts of the company rather than the specific department I applied to and therefore had little knowledge of the area I was interested in. 80% of the interview was discussing the company culture and why it was "different". I didn't mind the focus on culture but at some point I would have liked to discuss the position. In addition, anyone applying should know that you will be asked to do word problem concerning conversation rates (without a calculator). It wasn’t hard (10,000 * 40% *20% * 40% * 2%) but it did catch me a little off guard. Last – I was told that in their mass interview on April 4th individuals were required to submit a joke when they arrived (on the spot). Unless someone can prove to me there is a direct correlation between submitting a funny joke and ones marketing performance .. I don’t see the relevance.

Question 1
"Why do you want to work at Red Ventures?" Followed by.... "That's interesting, but really, why do want to work at Red Ventures... what is it about this company?"
There were three separate rounds of interviews: initial screening phone call, a second Zoom interview, and the final technical interview. The last interview took around 4 hours where I completed 3 to 4 separate interviews (behavioral and case).

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Red Ventures

Phone, 1-1 team lead, and then 5 interviews in one day. There was a take-home assignment but interview questions were less technical and more about personality. Interesting and fresh take compared to other interviews.

Question 1
“Tell me about yourself” and “Tell us about a difficult experience you had and how you overcame it.”
3 hours of interviews. I met with all men who all wore T-shirts, which was off putting to me for such a lengthy amount of interviewing. One of my interviewers was great to speak with, while the others all felt rushed and like they didn’t really have the time to meet with me. Ultimately, not worth it.
