you speak with someone over the phone - they give you a brief run down about the company. The conversation is really to judge your phone presence because after all, it is a call center. From there they schedule an interview and tell you to read over some documents they send you. It is a test pitch and what your interview will be based on. Print the docs out, practice them, and bring them to the interview. They judge your ability to read the text in RED word for word as this is what you'll be doing on the phones. The blue is a basic pitch, but i recommend putting it in your own words.
My interview had two scenarios. The first one was someone calling in to order a tv product. Ask some questions about what tv channels they like etc, and move on with the pitch. The first time the interviewing manager will buy into it. The second scenario was the same thing, where my interviewing manager put in a complaint about his (existing) tv service. You're expected to catch the complaint and address it in your close.

3 of them and it was a interview that was not difficult, and it had questions that were not interesting or intriguing I just answered these questions so I can see reviews. I hate this website.
Straight forward, recruiters do a good job of letting you know exactly what you'll be doing. They do a good job of explaining the benefits and room for promotion. Very interested in getting people in the door.
